Lauren and I discuss how we’ve managed what we realistically expect of ourselves and how setting better boundaries has been key to our consistency.   Listen in as I also cast vision for what’s to come for The Calm Mom Podcast.  And finally, THANK YOU for joining us for 100 episodes!  Come celebrate with us!   Three things you’--🧠 What's your capacity pattern? Take the free 2-minute quiz and unlock The Capacity Code — a personalized private podcast episode for your specific nervous system. → Take the Capacity Pattern Quiz
