When Hillary King-Sullivan joined us in Ikaria in 2016, she went home and decided to start walking to work instead of driving. To this day she continues to walk to work, but noticed that she was beginning to make more and more excuses. The heat, the time, and so on. So, what did she do? She sold her car! Not only did she use some of those funds to join us in Sardinia, she recommitted to – and has added more movement – to her life since joining us in Sardinia. No excuses, lots of insights, and as always, a lot of laughs!
