Perry Saturn found himself in a feud with Chris Jericho in January of 1999 in WCW. It started with a crooked referee Scott Dickinson helping Jericho win on several occasions. This lead to a match at Souled Out where if Saturn lost he had to wear a dress. It would escalate to Saturn becoming a cross-dressing Gothic transvestite looking character and a dog collar match.
