You guys... It's finally here! After months of work, the DVK Recovery Method® Guide will be launching this Friday! I've written a step-by-step guide on creating a plan of action, like I would create one for any of my clients. It allows you to apply my tried and trusted method in your journey towards recovery and gives you access to a Facebook group full of other people using the guide, so you can share wins, struggles, and hold each other accountable.
