101. Love in a time of Fear (free class)

Fear thrives in the dark. I just did this free class for my community and this was one of the things I talked about. Right now, you might be trying to hide how you feel and put on a brave face for your kids, your clients and your community. You think its helping them, but it might just be amplifying YOUR unhelpful emotions. Instead, I suggested that people let down their guard with the people they love and be an example of someone who is feeling fear, worry and anxiety and still practicing love.
