Earlier in the year, I did a survey of lash artists asking who was looking to make a career change...one-third of the people who responded said they are looking to make big changes. That's huge!That all said, one of my lash heroes decided to make some huge changes in her lash career...and this all started before Covid-19 hit. Sandra Duarte of Lash411 as an individual has probably helped more lash artists than anyone else I know in the industry. She was the first lash artist to share tips and tricks on IG. Her IG lives were epic. In this week's episode, I sit down with Sandra and talk about why she is moving on from lashes and what has happened over the last year to bring about these changes. My talk with Sandra went on for over 2 hours so we decided to make two episodes out of the interview. I feel this is a great way for us to end the year as we get geared up for 2021.
