# 101 Selfie Culture: sign of the end times?

Denzel Washington recently did an interview with the New York Times discussing his concern for "the selfie generation" and likening that generation to the "lovers of self" spoken of in 2 Timothy 3. "Lovers of self," is a term that is front and foremost in the list of sinful behaviors that will mark the end times.
