Max is a general dentist from Elm Grove, WI; a smaller town outside of Milwaukee. He has been in private practice for 5 years since graduating from Marquette University and has a dream of retiring in a world where the Green Bay Packers win the superbowl every year and private dental practices still thrive and do not look like today's medical practice with crappy customer service and no real relationships with patients.
