Huge single service event followed by food, add a time change into the mix, and you can imagine what kind of crazy it was. Andrew’s Sunday was very different. Attendance was down, and so was excitement. We talked through changing culture by having people model behavior on stage. We also talked about old school stage thrones. We dove into creating momentum with big sundays, and how to deal with rumors.
