102: How to get your time back THIS WEEK [Replay]

Every single quarter we have our team and our clients track their time so that we can see where your most valuable resource is actually going. It's the data we need to make improvements!   One of the most important pieces of clockworking your business + removing yourself from the day-to-day operations starts with a 4D time tracking analysis.    I know, I know...not the sexiest thing to add to your week, but it will 1000% be worth it for a few reasons.    This is DATA!
