102. Life Update: What it looks like to not quit

Have you ever been in a season where you questioned everything? Where you're scraping by financially, your nervous system is fried, and people around you are asking, "Why don't you just leave? Why are you putting yourself through this?" The last few months, I've been in it. December was my busiest coaching month. January was panic attacks, Centrelink applications, and watching my bank account hit $18. I had friends tell me to get a sugar daddy. My gym canceled my membership just to help me out. I cried making food I didn't want to eat but could afford. And through all of it, I kept asking myself: Am I climbing the wrong mountain? But here's what I realized: I wasn't climbing the wrong mountain. I was climbing the right one. It was just teaching me more than I expected. This episode is a raw, unfiltered life update about what it actually looks like to not quit. Not because quitting would be weak, but because staying present with discomfort is where the real strength lives.
