It also includes plans for higher-density development downtown and along key corridors, like Washtenaw Avenue and Stadium Blvd. Concerns have been mounting as to how this would change Ann Arbor, with detractors saying it'll increase housing costs while supporters say the changes are necessary to make living in Ann Arbor more accessible to all.
