I'll show you how I found it, how I can purchase it. I can use it as inspiration that I might want to model. I might want to use it and see how they're monetizing it. How is it producing traffic, and how it's producing revenue? The idea behind a niche property is like a rental property. I'm going to take something, whether it's from scratch or whether I'm going to buy a piece of property.And in this case, I'm looking at a website for sale. I believe this one here is like $20,000. I can either decide to keep it, hold it, or build on it. If I see other opportunities to grow the traffic, grow the revenue, I can do that. What I wanted to do is to walk you through an example. This is not one of my sites. It's very similar to what we do.
