It's a few days before Christmas and Hanukkah and I have a question for you. Are you breathing? I know it sounds silly because of course you're breathing. You have to breathe to live. But when we get overwhelmed with our to do list, especially during the holidays, we can forget to breathe, hold our breath, or breathe shallow. And all of this creates more stress. So this year, What if you pause? And I mean literally pause. Set your watch or your timer or whatever ...

Are you breathing?  I know it sounds silly because of course you're breathing. You have to breathe to live. But when we get overwhelmed with our to do list, especially during the holidays, we can forget to breathe, hold our breath, or breathe shallow.

And all of this creates more stress.  

So  this year, What if you pause? And I mean literally pause. Set your watch or your timer or whatever device you have for one to three minutes.  And then take time to do three things as you close your eyes:

1) Extend your exhales longer than your inhales.
2) Hold a finger
3) Receive
