103. Avoiding Co-Dependency in Coaching

Do you take responsibility for the relationship dynamics you’re creating? This is as important for a coach-client relationship as any other. This episode is a call to action to take ownership and responsibility for your growth and to focus the expectations on ourselves, rather than expecting a coach or mentor to fill in every gap and “fix” the problems.
