Suzanne is a physical therapist with over 20 years of practice in acute care, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation. She is passionate about working with the geriatric population and advocating for their highest level of care. Obtained Geriatric Clinical Specialist and Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Specialist Certifications. Currently the Coordinator for the Geriatric Residency Program and a staff physical therapist for National HealthCare Corporation. Also an Associate Professor at Belmont University and Director of Clinical Education in the School of Physical Therapy, adjunct faculty at A.T. Still University, and Associate Faculty at Western KY University. Creates and presents continuing education courses for rehabilitation professionals interested in the areas of geriatrics, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and most recently, COVID-19.
