Michelle Rojas is a Corporate Social Worker, an experienced Diversity and Inclusion leader, and cross-sector athlete with a career spanning across roles with social impact organizations, non-profits, and mission-driven companies. Michelle currently works as the Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Spring Health, an EAP working to eliminate every barrier to mental health while also building the mentally healthiest and highest performing company possible.
