#103 Dee Roney - Chasing World Records in the Gym & Fast Times on the Roads

On this episode, the boys had on their good friend and training partner Dee Roney! We met Dee at the finish line for the 2024 Kentucky Derby Half Marathon and have been hanging out with him ever since.Dee would definitely fall into the category of “hybrid athlete.” For a 1:18 half-marathoner, he has some pretty serious muscle on him. While focusing a lot on running, Dee also trains for the dead hang world record (hanging from a pullup bar with both hands) where he has an unreal personal best of 16 minutes. He is also hoping to make an appearance on American Ninja Warrior.Dee is hilarious, but also very intelligent and motivated.
