103 Grand Opening of Sullivan Dental Partners!

Today we are celebrating the grand opening of Sullivan Dental Partners! A long-term vision to building the practice, we are talking about the steps of our journey and how we could reach our goal of dental partnership. Listen in to find out the challenges we’ve had, successes, and how we solved the partnership problems.   When they merged, Dr. Sully hesitated because he would now have only half the number of chairs, patients, and income. At first, the senior Sullivan would debrief the younger Sullivan for about 30 minutes at the end of the day to review what they had accomplished and what can be improved upon.   Sully would ask Senior Sully for assistance when he needed help with a dental procedure. He wasn’t afraid to ask for help, even in the middle of a root canal, important for patient care.   Dentistry is changing.
