Today Joseph and Lina Mai join us in the podcast booth. This amazing couple has spent the last few years building a very unique lash franchise model: they only allow lash stylists to buy franchises. Most lash franchises are owned by business people who see that lashes are the next big thing and they jump at the opportunity to be part of this exciting industry. While that is all nice and good, many of these franchise owners don't really understand the struggles that lash artists have to deal with. Because LashBar only lets lash stylists buy their franchises, they don't have this problem. In this episode, Lina and Joseph share their journey in building their franchise over the last few years and they share tips on what it takes to build your own lash salon.
