SIGN UP: CONSISTENCY QUEEN MASTERCLASS: balancewithsam.com/consistency Fear is something we ALL experience, right? It’s an innate, biological response that’s designed to protect us. But what can we do when fear stops us from getting what we want? Our dream career? The incredible relationship? Personal growth? Often fear is what stops us from taking action. We get overwhelmed with fear of not picking the “right” thing to do so we just get stuck in a constant state of frustration. In today’s chat with Ben Harris, aka The Fear Guy, we talked about how fear is actually something beautiful. It’s magic. It reveals where we aren’t free in our lives and creates a space for us to step into our calling and find alignment. It’s a medicine and tool that can heal all parts of us. By showing us where our fears lie, we can embrace our full selves. Fear has so many layers; the physical layer, the mental layer, the emotional air, the spiritual layer, the beliefs layer and, most importantly, the unconscious layer. It sits deep within us and once we can unpack each level, we can transform our understanding. That’s when we learn that embracing fear means there are no “wrong” decisions. We get where are meant to go through realizing the path that fear is taking us on is in alignment with all that we are and all that we can be. Ben has a seriously electric energy and it was amazing to hear his journey from a call center job to holding retreats and coaching others to break through their fears and trust themselves. From wealth and relationships to the incredible power of human design, this ep has everything you need to learn to love your fear!
