#103 - Passion with Purpose.

Passion with Purpose. Obligation; Something by which a person is bound or obligated to do. Also certain things that may arise out of a sense of duty or results from custom. Living on the fumes of passion and desires alone breed misery, bitterness and exhaustion. Obligation is I have to. Passion is I get to. Passion grows from our heart. Passion is placed in us from the Lord. Ignition; God wants us to have the fire of passion in our lives. Something inside us desires to live for something greater than ourselves. Passion is what fuels the dream. Faith is the ignition source for passion. Distraction; Passion that is misguided and without proper direction can cause great difficulty and distraction. Selfishness and pride are major distractions in pursuing your purpose with passion. Don't look to others to fuel your passion. Don't let others rob your passion. Today's mission, glorify God in all we do and live with eternity in mind. Let us seek the Lord to rekindle our greatest passion. Reaction; Let the Lord renew your passion, come to Him with a surrendered heart. Spend time alone with God. Decide not to ride the fence. Remember that repentance always brings freshness and passion back in your life. Passion for life is best when placed in the hands of God with His purpose. Col 3:23, Eccles 3:11.
