To tell us more about the day and what’s involved, John was joined by Caitríona Cullen of Cullen Nurseries and Kay Lyng of K Kajoux Jewels.We all know the importance of getting enough sleep for our health, but how important is sleep when it comes to our jobs, and what are the implications on productivity levels?
