In today’s episode, I’m sharing a very helpful perspective through the lens of Ayurveda that has helped me reframe the “burned out” feeling I used to get on this journey. We’re going to talk about the Ayurvedic Doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, but less as a mind-body constitution and more as natural phases we move through while living out our life purpose. I’ll share why seeing purpose in this way- as a cyclical process that includes seasons of creativity, action, and rest- can help us feel more empowered in sharing our life mission. We’re going to dive into how chronic stress, burnout, and feeling out of alignment can come from ignoring our own mind-body-soul rhythms that naturally guide us through the years.
