1034 • Keeping Your Eye On The Prize (Monday Mindset)

Welcome back to another Monday mindset. Today I am fired up because I want to talk about something that needs to be discussed. I've talked a lot about why are you doing whatever you're doing?My daughter is playing beach volleyball right now. A lot of you listen to the podcast or watch the replays on the coffee talks. My 13-year-old is doing beach volleyball.  Her, why she is doing this is because she wants to do this competitively. She is having fun but wants to get better.Eventually, she wants to go to a college with some beach volleyball experience.  So that's what her goal is. That's her "why" she is doing this. We have to have shorter targets or what I call the prizes or payoffs.All of this is discussed in this episode.
