#1038- What If Nothing Changes?

What if nothing changes and you stay stuck in the same place, year after year? 😰 In this episode, I'm challenging you to consider the consequences of not taking action towards your dreams of becoming a successful online fitness coach. Too often, we let the fear of failure hold us back from even starting. But what's worse: trying and failing, or never trying at all?  Imagine waking up 5 or 10 years from now, still trapped in a job you hate, watching your friends live the life you always wanted. Imagine never taking control of your own life and always being dependent on someone else for a paycheck. That thought should scare the shit out of you! 💀 Use that fear as fuel to take massive action and create the change you want to see. Because one thing's for sure: if you don't make moves, nothing will change.
