104: Client Spotlight - Custom CLA With Wendy Lennon

from Gym Business Coach Podcast · host Tim Lyons and Randy Angsten

In this episode, Tim and Randy will have a conversation with Wendy Lennon of Create Fitness 24/7 in Brisbane, Australia, who came all the way to meet with Tim and Randy so they could help her with the custom client life-cycle automation (CLA) for her gym. She has owned her gym for five years now and had left the corporate world with no previous fitness experience when she started it. Her main goal with the business was to start something that would enable her to also take care of her young family. Wendy has spent the five years of her gym ownership learning what works in the industry and she felt the need to seek the support of the ProFit team in taking her gym to the next level. Her gym is a 24 hour access gym and she decided to include training in her offering, which is what she’s looking to grow with the CLA while also affording herself some freedom from the business. ProFit did not disappoint because they went above and beyond their standard approach to the CLA and built on a bunch of cool extra features for her.She now has an end to end system that she can use to capture every part of her business from lead ascension, customer retention, and everything else. The three of them will discuss the needs of Wendy's gym, the solutions that the CLA provided, and also have a casual conversation about Aussie life. Tune in to learn more and enjoy.Key Takeaways:Killing her headaches with her gym through the custom life-cycle automation (03:21)Biting the bullet and just getting it done (02:03)How Wendy loved the fact that Randy didn’t push her to buy immediately (05:09)A gym with systems built into it is worth more (06:35)Integrating the system with the software that are available to bring the final product to the same place (10:07)Having a gym that will run without her being involved (11:08)Additional Resources:www.CLACourse.comwww.ProFitGPS.netMarketing Talk with Fitness Professionals Facebook Grouphttps://PFMarketingSolutions.com/Datawww.PFMarketingSolutions.com/Automationwww.ProfitGPS.comwww.PFMarketingSolutions.com/Call--If you are interested in a free audit for your gym, visit http://bit.ly/free_gym_audit--You can find out more about Tim and the strategies covered in this episode by checking out our website.--Would you rather watch the video version instead?Head over to our YouTube channel to watch this episode by going here--If you don’t already have my book, get your copy FREE here.--Connect with Tim:Schedule A CallFacebookInstagramLinkedInConnect with Randy:FacebookInstagram--Subscribe to the podcast on Apple, Spotify, Google, Stitcher, YouTube or anywhere else you listen to your podcasts. If you haven't already, please rate and review the podcast on Apple Podcasts!
