Men så fungerar det inte i alla relationer och därmed inte heller med alla kunder. Men vad handlar det egentligen om när du blir frustrerad över en kunds agerande eller förfrågan? Kommunikation kan vara en utmaning i allmänhet men i skrift i synnerhet. Det är lätt att tolka in saker som kanske inte alls var avsikten från avsändare.
