104 McKenna Peterson

from Low Pressure Podcast: Skiing's First Podcast

McKenna Peterson's life has been very closely tied to and influenced by her family.  In the Winter she grew up in Sun Valley Idaho skiing with her parents and her siblings.  In the Summer the clan hopped on a commercial fishing boat and sailed North to Alaska.  Her life changed last year with the passing of her father who was the victim of an avalanche. As a professional skier,   being in the mountains is her job, her passion, her history.  As a member of the family business,  McKenna has now taken over the role of Skipper on the boat.    Her life has been turned upside down and amidst the confusion and change she's working on figuring out what it that means, who she is and how to move forward.
