Have you ever walked into a room and immediately felt the energy? In this episode, I’m talking about reading the room, reading body language, understanding different personalities, and knowing when to turn your energy up or slow it down. Sometimes we think we know exactly what somebody is thinking, but we could be completely wrong. Sometimes somebody isn’t being cold. They’re just quiet. Sometimes they don’t match your energy because they simply operate differently. And sometimes the bigger question isn’t whether they like you. It’s whether you like their energy. I talk about knowing who you want around you, paying attention to the people who push you forward, not taking everything personally, and learning when a room simply isn’t your room.
