After graduating with a BA in Political Science in 1989 from the University of North Carolina, he did six years in Washington D.C. as a conservative policy staffer in the United States Senate. Now with a focus in one topic in particular The Younger Dryas impact hypothesis posits that fragments of a large disintegrating asteroid or comet struck North America, South America, Europe, and western Asia around 12,850 years ago, coinciding with the beginning of the Younger Dryas cooling event.
