#105 ~ One Year In

One year ago - sitting under a Full Moon on a rooftop in Los Angeles - Kirsten was in the midst of a vulnerability panic attack. The first episode of The Light Path Podcast had just dropped, and she found herself in the ‘what am I doing and who the hell am I to be doing it’ spin-out cycle. A year on this show has become a testament to Kirsten’s favourite quote - my fear is my only courage.
