105|What We have Learned About Telling your Story of Trauma

Now that we have been doing our podcast for over three years we have learned so much about telling your story. The main thing that we have learned is how important it is for a survivor to tell their story and when and where to tell your story. We have also learned how important it is for other survivors to hear your story because it can help them find the courage to tell theirs.
