Compare yourself to who you were yesterday and not to someone else's today. I had a great analogy from the episode that'll I just drop right here. If you follow someone else's map, you'll undoubtedly end up somewhere, but it probably won't be a place where you'll thrive. You'll only survive...if that. The reason for that is that if you follow someone else's path, you'll end up in a place that was not built for you. There are a few more reasons that I'll mention in this episode, but I believe this right here sums up the importance of doing the right thing for yourself and ensuring joy and a real sense of purpose throughout your life.
