How do you actually decide who to listen to in racial inclusion work?In a time when so many people have platforms and the volume of content on race, DEI and systemic racism is greater than it has ever been, finding credible sources has become really challenging. What I've come to realise is more content often leads to less clarity and in many ways produces overwhelm.
