#106 – Jennifer Chapman, Guru Coach for STEM Leaders, Team Members, and College Students

Jennifer Chapman used to be a workaholic, known as the go-to person for getting things done and managing the most difficult clients at a Fortune 500 consulting firm.  She thrives in challenging situations, proving to others time and time again that she can be invincible. Today, Jennifer is the founder of Ambition Leadership, and an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified leadership coach, working with STEM leaders, team members, and college students to better understand their emotional intelligence (EQ).  She helps them increase their behavioral strengths and eliminate weaknesses so they can blast through any glass ceiling to maximize their personal fulfillment and career advancement.  (STEM = Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) Some of her most typical work is helping STEM professionals "manage" their boss; develop a balance of humility, assertiveness, and confidence;  understanding why your attempts to get buy-in aren't working, and what to do about it;  and why you must care about and fully engage in the people side of project management to thrive.
