This week on Inside The Wolf's Den, Shawn and Joni are joined by their friend Eddie Speed, a widely known real estate expert. Eddie is a thirty-plus-year veteran and specialist in the discount note buying industry. He has been buying notes since 1980. His NoteSchool is a well-known training organization that teaches people how to buy both performing and non-performing mortgage notes. Eddie also runs Colonial Funding Group LLC, which buys broker-discounted real estate secured notes.
