On this episode, the boys had on Michael Ottesen! Michael is a 2:15 marathoner training in Provo, Utah. He is well-known for his popular YouTube channel where he shares his training and racing journey. You will often see Michael training with Adam Wood, Connor Mantz, and Clayton Young! We had Michael on at a great time.
