Oren Amitay is a court appointed parenting expert.  We met through a mutual friend to discuss life and parenting. It was a great chat in his east Toronto office that felt a little bit like a therapy session. And it was FREE! Oren has been a Registered psychologist since the late 90’s and treats people is several therapies: like cognitive-behavioural (CBT), psychodynamic, acceptance (and commitment to change), humanistic/client centred, emotion focused, interpersonal (IPT), object-relations, and process experiential.
