Located atop a gorgeous mountain in central Vermont, Bent Hill Brewery have fast become one of the state's most interesting breweries. Owner and Head Brewer Mike Czok is a jack of all trades - he built the brewery, he brews the beers, he feeds the dogs, and his products are some of the most eclectic we've ever tried. From pickle sours to lavender beers, from hazy IIPAs to beet beers, you've never tasted anything like this before. We hung out on Mike's amazing patio with hummingbirds, sunflowers and canine for a chat and a few beers.
