107. Acceptance is a Choice Today’s episode is about acceptance. In general, acceptance refers to the act of agreeing to or consenting to something. You can look at acceptance from multiple angles, but today we are going to focus on the acceptance of a situation, another person, and yourself. When change occurs, you have a choice. You can resist it and wish it wasn’t happening or you can choose acceptance and move forward. It can bring new opportunities and possibilities that you couldn’t have imagined if you can be open to it. In this episode: What does acceptance mean?
