Chris Shoulders is the Development Coordinator at 4 Paws for Ability in Xenia, Ohio. He describes the most rewarding parts of his job working with service dogs, producing heartfelt & meaningful content on the organization's social media platforms. 4 Paws for Ability helps children with disabilities, including autism, epilepsy, physical handicaps, and other conditions. These services also assist veterans in rebuilding their lives after an injury to regain physical independence and offer emotional support, which plays a significant role during their transition back to civilian life. Their Service dogs specialize in assisting veterans with mobility issues or hearing loss resulting from combat injuries, including limb loss, balance problems, spinal injuries, and deafness.
