Our guest: Jin is an osteopath & psychosomatic therapist based in Wanaka New Zealand. She is the founder of the MetaMed clinics in Wanaka and Queenstown- holistic and integrative osteopathy and chiropractic clinics. Jin is obsessed with the mind-body connection and how your physical body is a manifestation of your emotional state. She believes that many people can return to or remain in a state of health, wellness and fulfillment when they learn to become more aware and listen to their bodies. She also hosts The Art Of Listening To Your Body Podcasts. She loves to dig deep, speak about the unspoken , and help people process unresolved emotions that hold them back from living the life they truly want. Jin works with people with complex physical and emotional conditions in a 1:1 online setting as well as runs an online group training program for practitioners called Emotional Body Training- to help empower more practitioners with the knowledge of how to read the body and understand where emotions get stuck in the body, how to trigger emotional release, as well as learning to hold space for clients when the release happens. She’s also a business coach to health and wellness practitioners that want to build sustainable and fulfilling businesses that truly make a difference to people’s lives. Jin is mum to a 5 year old violet who was born at home by lotus birth, supported by her wonderful partner. She sees motherhood as an amazing transition time that can birth not only a baby but incredible ideas.
