#107 Fred McGhee

from Convos On The Pedicab · host Alex Strenger

Fred McGhee is (among many things) a College Professor, former U.S Navy Diving Officer, Author, Neighborhood Preservation Advocate and founder of the First Black Owned Archeological and Environmental Consulting Firm in the United States who has dedicated his life towards preserving his community and protecting it from gentrification.  Fred and I engaged in a lively discussion on whether or not undisciplined fiscal policy and a lack of sound money was the driving force behind rampant poverty, unsustainable inflation and the world being on the brink of economic collapse.  We also engaged in a contentious yet good faith discussion on whether or not embracing Bitcoin can solve or mitigate many of these issues we‘re facing while preserving individual self sovereignty.  Fred is a man who I have an adamant amount of respect for yet I also adamantly disagree with him on pretty much everything related to monetary policy.  And this combination need for an extremely exciting episode that I encourage all of you to watch.
