107 - Rubber Stamped Drum and Bass - Isolation Part 1 - March 2020

from Rubber Stamped Mixes · host Rubber

It's been a hectic 8 months, literally no time to even think about music unfortunately. With sports now on hold due to the Mexican beer crisis it felt like a good time to get back on the decks. The laser in one of my turntables is struggling i had it looked at last August but its not fixable and I've not made the significant investment in new ones. I even bought 2 second hand ones online today but when they arrived they didnt work so i sent them back. I fudged through with 1.5 decks, it wasnt easy, needed some audacity treatment after..... made some of the blends a bit tight.Anyway i am pleased to annouce Isolation Part 1. This is 25 of my favourite Drum and Bass tunes from the last 12 months. Part 2 will follow with another 25 tunes next week. We're talking Kanine, London Elektricity, Mokoto, Polaris, Grafix, Hugh Hardie, Logisitcs, Nu Tone, Keeno, Kove, Data 3, Calibre, High Contrast, etc. Enjoy this jazzy soulful, funky, melodic, drum and bass mashup. Turn it up and get those sub woofers moving! Stay at home, self isolate. please take the warnings seriously, the worse is yet to come if we do not listen. My thoughts are with all of you and your families.
