In today's episode, I'm reflecting on what it meant to hit 1,657.82 miles in 2025, more than double the 825 miles I walked in 2024. This wasn't about chasing extreme fitness goals. It was about choosing daily movement, building consistency, and challenging myself in ways I didn't think I could. A big part of this increase came from adding in running this year, not crazy mileage, but enough to push me, stretch me, and remind me what I'm capable of. I'm sharing three big lessons these miles taught me and how I'm carrying them into 2026. These lessons aren't just about walking, they're about how you show up for yourself, how you build confidence, and how you build discipline even when life feels full.
