In the Spring of 2004, suitcases began washing up on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay. Inside were the dismembered remains of a Jersey native named Bill McGuire. As investigators began unraveling the mystery surrounding the case, they discovered a toxic relationship filled with gambling, infidelity, and lies.
