She is the creator and host of the Management and Social Justice Conversation Series. In her new book, Expansive Leadership: Cultivating Mindfulness to Lead Self and Others in a Changing World (Routledge, May 2021), she creates the structure for a transformative, whole person approach that considers leadership as a layered, complex phenomenon blending individual and structural transformation.
