So the book by Arthur C Brooks and Oprah Winfrey, Build the Life You Want, The Art and Science of Getting Happier was an instant #1 on the NY Times Bestseller list when it was published Sept of this year. And I knew immediately we had to cover this on our podcast. Plus there’s been so much promotion about it, I wanted to see what the sizzle was all about.   You probably know Oprah and who she is but what about Arthur Brooks? He is a professor at Harvard Kennedy School and professor of management practice at Harvard Business School, where he teaches courses on happiness. What a great class to take and sure wish it was available back in the day. He is also a popular columnist for the Atlantic, acclaimed public speaker and author.
