Dr. Kristian Niemietz ist Wirtschaftswissenschaftler und lebt in London. Er ist Leiter der Abteilung für politische Ökonomie am Londoner Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA), Forschungsstipendiat am Zürcher Liberal Institute (LI) und Senior Fellow am Berliner Institut für freie Marktwirtschaft (IUF). Zuvor war er als Wirtschaftsdozent am King's College London tätig. Niemietz studierte außerdem politische Ökonomie am King's College London und promovierte 2013 zum Dr. phil. Seit 2008 ist er Mitglied des Institute of Economic Affairs.
